Once you have placed an order for a gift card, you will receive an email with a voucher code. This code will need to be entered at the checkout to redeem the gift voucher. We will also send out a physical gift voucher.

If you are buying the voucher to be delivered to you, we will send a physical gift card (as seen in the product image) in the post to you. You will need to write the voucher code that you received by email onto the gift card for the person that you are buying the voucher for. (Only you see this code so we are unable to write it on for you)

If you would like the physical gift voucher to be sent directly to the person you are buying the voucher for, please enter their address as the shipping address and then we will post the voucher directly to them, we will leave the voucher code blank (as we are unable to see what it is) and you will need to forward your email with the voucher code to the recipient for them to redeem.
